Q1) Is the shipping really free?
Shipping is free for purchases of $100 or more. However, if customs duties are incurred at customs, please note that you will be charged.
Q2) Please tell me about the effect of the products.
Sorry, it is strictly prohibited by the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law to report effects. Please check with your own confidence and use it after consulting a doctor or specialist.
Q3) Is it safe to trust that all products are genuine?
All products handled in our shop are genuine (manufactured genuine). We have been acting on behalf of our clients from trusted suppliers who have been working in pharmacy for more than 20 years in Thailand. In the case of counterfeit or photocopied goods handled in pharmacies, they are very severely punished here in Thailand, leading to pharmacy closures and deprivation of licenses. Please be assured that only genuine products (manufacturer genuine products) will be sent.
Q4) Is it possible to return, reship or refund?
Once opened, the product cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any reason. In the case of defective products, after sending them to the return address, we will re-ship if we can confirm the defect in our shop. In addition, in case of trouble other than the product, such as a broken packaging box, it will be a transportation trouble. Please contact the post office. Since our shop is an import agent for customers only, please contact the manufacturer directly for troubles related to the product itself, such as not suitable for the constitution.
Q5) Is it possible to ship by EMS (International Express Mail)?
EMS depends on the shipping country. We are currently preparing to use EMS as a delivery option, as there are many requests for EMS delivery. please wait a little longer.
Q6) Is there a country that cannot be shipped?
It can be shipped to most countries around the world. However, as a precaution, our shop will be up to the shipping procedure as an import agent. Please note that any delivery troubles in the destination country will be handled by the customer.
Q7) How long does it take for the product to arrive?
Ordered products will usually arrive within 10 days to 2 weeks from the date of confirmation of payment at our store. You can check the status of your package by checking the tracking number provided after shipment.
*It may take more than 2 weeks to arrive due to local stock status, customs and postal conditions.
Q8) Is it possible to specify the delivery date?
In the case of international delivery, date and time cannot be specified. If you are not at home, you will be asked to specify the date and time when you contact the post office listed on the absence storage slip.
Q9) Tell me about the packing.
The products will be sent in a box with only the customer and our address. Please be assured that the contents are not visible from the outside.
Q10) How many quantities can I order?
You can order as many as you want. However, depending on the number of items purchased, the package will be split into multiple pieces. Therefore, the package does not arrive at once but arrives at intervals of several days.
Q11) I do not receive an automatic reply email when placing an order.

Your order confirmation mail may be treated as spam mail and sorted to the spam mail folder. Please check the spam mail folder first. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail even after half a day has passed, please contact our shop.

Since there is a possibility that all e-mails from the PC cannot be received, please cancel the PC e-mail rejection setting or register our shop domain.

Various credit card payments (VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX) can be used.

* For credit card payments, we use Paypal. Your credit information will be processed online with Paypal directly without going through our shop.
We do not store your credit information at all.
